I began my career with LSM Service Division Ltd. in 2006. I started out as an entry level apprentice, having just completed my HVAC Specialist Certificate Program at NAIT. I completed my apprenticeship and received my Red Seal Journeyman Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ticket. I then focused on improving my business and leadership skills and completed the Essential Skills For Supervisors program with Northern Lakes College. After two years of courses and training I acquired all the necessary requirements to receive my Blue Seal Certificate which is Certification for Business Competence for qualified Red Seal Journeyman. I am very proud to work for a company such as LSM Service Division Ltd. I have worked for LSM Service Division Ltd since 2002. Previously, I had obtained my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta and a two year technical diploma in Forestry from NAIT. I moved to Grande Prairie in the spring of 2002 and began a career change and worked to obtain my Journeyman Red Seal status in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. I was a technician for the company until 2018 at which time I took on my current sales position. I have found my employment with LSM Service Division Ltd. to be a very rewarding experience both professionally and personally. LSM Service Division’s commitment to customer satisfaction combined with the dedication to safety and employee training makes our company highly successful and a very desirable place to work. I have been with LSM Service Division since 2011.

I was hired by LSM Service Division’s former entity, GP Heating & Cooling, in April 1995 to fill the receptionist position. During this time I learned many aspects of the business and the trade that we work in through our many qualified people and technicians. As the company grew and expanded my position kept evolving and I continued to learn new skills and expand my knowledge in other areas. Currently my position with LSM Service Division Ltd. is Office Manager. I hope to continue assisting with the growth and prosperity of the company for many years to come, I truly enjoy working for this company and we have a great bunch of employees.
