LSM Service Division is a company that knows its people are its most crucial asset. We have put a lot of thought and effort over the years into developing strategies to develop and keep our team members.
It has worked – our employee retention rate is incredibly high. We do this several ways:
Management’s doors are always open and our weekly toolbox meetings get the entire team together to talk over the week, review near-misses, and discuss ideas and suggestions.
We work hard at LSM but we make a point of having fun too. We like to bring our team together to socialize, whether it’s for a pizza lunch paid for by our pop fund or a fundraising barbecue.
Training is a huge focus here. We want our technicians to be the best in the field. We pay for them to attend all and any training that will better them as professionals. If you commit to us, we’ll commit to you.
The LSM Service Division team comes together to support our community. We might be raising money for United Way or helping Mike Banman, our field supervisor, get back to Ethiopia to build schools for kids. Whatever we’re doing, we tend to feel good about what we can accomplish together.
We know mistakes can happen. We figure out the cause, talk it over and find a way to prevent it next time.
We make sure everyone faces a great variety of different tasks and locations. It keeps every day interesting and challenging. No one gets bored at LSM Service Division.
